Nicole Grey – Principal Designer
Nicole Grey is the Founder and Principal Designer of Grey & Co Interiors. Her love for design began long before launching Grey & Co Interiors in 2020. As a young teen, she spent countless hours sketching floorplans and reimagining the rooms of her childhood home — a passion that naturally evolved into a career dedicated to creating beautiful, functional spaces.
Before founding Grey & Co, Nicole spent seven years in real estate, selling new construction homes for national builders, where she developed a deep understanding of how homes are built from the ground up. She later owned a successful residential cleaning and home organization business for five years along the Main Line and in Avalon, New Jersey, which refined her eye for detail and her appreciation for the harmony between order and aesthetics.
Today, Nicole brings that same thoughtful approach to her design work — creating lived-in, elevated spaces layered with earthy tones, natural materials, and rich textures. Her showroom, located on Bridge Street in the heart of Phoenixville, opened its doors in July 2024 and serves as both a creative studio and a curated destination for clients seeking inspiration.
Nicole lives in Kimberton with her husband, their two sons, and their sweet pup, Max.
Sinead Kasch, Design Assistant
Sinead Kasch is the Design Assistant at Grey & Co Interiors, where she combines her eye for style and love of beautiful, functional spaces with nearly a decade of experience in corporate fashion merchandising. Originally drawn to architecture, Sinead earned a degree in business marketing and discovered that her passion for design seamlessly connects the worlds of fashion and interiors. She enjoys creating warm, well-thought-out spaces that balance comfort and personality, reflecting the same thoughtful approach she once brought to fashion.
Sinead lives in Kimberton, Pennsylvania, with her husband, two children, and their dogs (a poodle and a doodle). She is always finding new inspiration in good books, classic films, and the thrill of a great vintage market find. Working with Grey & Co Interiors has allowed her to pivot her passion from fashion to interiors by blending style, comfort, and personality into every project. In her role, she works closely with Nicole and the design team on interior design projects as well as business operations to ensure the success of client projects, showroom operations, and marketing initiatives.
Monét Newkirt, Design Library Curator
Monét Newkirt is the Design Library Curator at Grey & Co Interiors. With 10 years of experience in the retail industry, she brings a deep understanding of visual presentation and client experience to her role. Monét manages and organizes the firm’s design library, maintaining an extensive inventory of materials and coordinating trade accounts to support the design team’s sourcing and project needs.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in TV, Radio, and Film, and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Interior Architecture and Design at the Academy of Art University. Through her studies, she has developed skills in space planning, 3D rendering, and sustainable design. Outside of her work and studies, Monét finds inspiration in dance, travel, and creative expression.
