Nicole Grey – Principal Designer
Nicole realized her love for interior design at a very young age. In her youth, Nicole constantly moved the furniture around in the living spaces of her family home and drew floor plans for fun. As an adult, Nicole worked in the real estate field most of which was spent selling new construction in the home building industry. Nicole also owned and operated a residential cleaning and organizing company along the Main Line and down at the Jersey shore. In 2020 after designing spaces for family, friends and cleaning clients, she decided it was time to follow her heart and officially start Grey & Co Interiors, a full-service interior design business. Here at her design studio, she creates thoughtful, livable spaces where life can be enjoyed. Whether it’s re-imagining a room and its best purpose, creating a functional kitchen or planning a complete home renovation, Nicole’s creativity paired with her experience make for the perfect place to call home.
Nicole works alongside designer Erin Lynch as well as Jill Thompson, her office manager. Together, they curate products for the showroom, envision intentional, functional spaces and create eye catching designs for your home. Nicole lives in Kimberton with her fiance Sean, two sons Caden and Lucas, and the true head of the household.. Max the dog.
Erin Lynch – Junior Designer
A San Francisco native, Erin’s interest in interior design sparked early on as she fawned over the colorful and whimsical Victorian homes that lined her neighborhood. Coming from a long line of carpenters, weekends as a child were spent assisting her mom staging the interiors of the homes her dad and grandad built. While being an interior designer always stayed at the back of her mind, it wasn’t until she was laid off due to Covid that she finally decided to take the steps to begin the career she always dreamed of. She received her AA in Interior Design and completed a two-year NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association) certificate program. Soon after Erin began her career as an Interior Design Assistant for a celebrity designer. At this firm, Erin got her first glimpse of the business side of Interior Design and fine-tuned her personal style. While she can appreciate every design style, Erin’s favorite designs consist of a variety of patterns with bold, fun colors. Erin loves to work with and guide clients in bringing their visions to reality while making their homes personal and special. She is excited to continue to learn and grow her career as an East Coast designer working at Grey & Co.
